Objective

Build an expression for each number from 1 to 10, using all four given numbers once per expression.

Playlin'sGuide

All Ten is a daily math puzzle where your mission is to use four given numbers, each exactly once, to make every whole number from 1 to 10.

Each day brings a fresh set of four numbers and a row of ten targets. Combine your numbers with addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division until you hit a target, then move on to the next. The twist is that the rules are generous, so there is usually more than one way to get there.

  • Use all four numbers exactly once for every target.
  • Add, subtract, multiply, and divide to build your equations.
  • Fractions and negatives are fair game.
  • Multi-digit numbers are allowed too, so you can join two digits together to make a bigger number.
  • Your goal is to fill in all ten targets, from 1 up to 10.
  • Finish and copy your results to share with friends.
  • A new set of numbers arrives every day.

Why we like it:

  • βœ…The open rules reward creative thinking, since the neat trick behind one target often unlocks another.
  • βœ…Ten small puzzles in one, so there is always a next target to chase when you get stuck.
  • βœ…Easy to learn, with plenty of depth for number lovers.

Hint: Don't forget that you can glue digits together (tap 2 and 4 to make 24). Turning two small numbers into one big one, or dividing to create a fraction, often cracks the targets that seem impossible.
