Objective

Solve four horizontal and four vertical clues, entering one five-letter word for each to reveal the print.

Playlin'sGuide

Carbon Copy is a daily word puzzle where your mission is to solve eight five-letter words, four horizontal and four vertical, to peel back every layer of a tangled print.

Press start and the clock begins ticking. Each word has its own clue, numbered 1 to 8. Type your answer, hit Check, and if it's right that ink layer clears. Stuck on one? Use the Hint button; it reveals the first letter and adds to your hints-used count.

  • Solve 4 horizontal and 4 vertical words to finish the print.
  • Every answer is five letters long.
  • There is no guess limit, but mistakes and hints are tracked alongside your solve time.
  • Your best score and streak are saved, so you can chase personal records.
  • Add your name to the daily leaderboard, or copy your score to share.

Why we like it:

  • βœ…Switching between horizontal and vertical clues keeps your brain flexible.
  • βœ…No guess limit means you can play at your own pace, with the timer as your only pressure.
  • βœ…The leaderboard and shareable score add a friendly race without needing an account.
