Playlin'sGuide

I Would Like to Solve is a daily word puzzle that gives you a partially revealed phrase and challenges you to complete it in one guess using only the letters provided. It's similar to the game Wheel of Fortune, but as a one-shot daily.

Each day brings a blank phrase with a hint. A handful of letters are pre-revealed at the bottom, some belong in the puzzle, others don't. Your job is to drag or type those letters into the empty blue squares and solve it. Get it right and you match the intended answer. Get it wrong but creative, and you might land on the "Top wrong answers" leaderboard.

  • Fill in the blank squares using the revealed letters at the bottom.
  • Each revealed letter is already placed.
  • You get one guess, so make it count.
  • Valid English words are required to appear publicly. Nonsense submissions stay private.
  • A new puzzle drops daily.

Why we like it:

  • One guess adds real stakes to a genre that usually coddles you with retries.
  • The "Top wrong answers" board is just plain fun to view.
  • Short enough to knock out in under a minute or two, but deep enough to challenge you longer at times.

Hint: If the intended answer eludes you, at least try to come up with real words that fit so you can shoot for a top wrong answer.
