Looplink

Looplink is a daily word grouping puzzle where your mission is to sort 12 tiles into four categories of four, with a twist: four tiles are "links" that belong to two groups at once, closing the loop.

You're presented with 12 words. Your job is to find four groups of four that share a theme. But here's the catch: four of those tiles are shared between adjacent groups. You won't know which ones until you've solved both groups they connect.

• Tap four tiles that share a category, then hit Submit.
• Each group has a color marking its difficulty: yellow (easiest), green, blue, purple (hardest).
• Link tiles belong to two neighboring groups. They look normal until both their groups are solved, then split into both colors.
• You have 4 mistakes before you're out.
• Submitting a group you've already found or guessed doesn't cost a mistake.
• A new Looplink drops daily at midnight Eastern.

The scoring system rewards efficiency and strategy. You get bonuses for identifying link words early, tackling the hardest group first, solving counterclockwise, or finishing fast. Save all links for last and you'll take a penalty.
