On Location

On Location is a daily film geography game from Smashcut Games where your mission is to identify a movie from a real 360° view of one of its filming locations in 5 guesses.

Each puzzle drops you into a panoramic shot of a real world location used in a film. No actors, no dialogue, just the setting itself. You can look around for clues like architecture, signage, or landscape before typing your guess.

• Type a film title to guess. A miss costs you one of your guesses.
• Stuck. Use a Reveal Detail card to surface a clue, but it also costs a guess and can never be your last one.
• You have 5 guesses total to place the film.
• Correct guesses pay out points, plus bonus points for every guess you have left.
• Guessing faster earns you even more, so don't linger too long scanning the horizon.
• A new location rolls out every day for players to crack.
