Playlin'sGuide
Pipcross is a daily logic puzzle that fuses nonograms with dice placement. Your mission is to arrange every die into a grid so their pips form a pattern that matches the clues for every row and column.
Each puzzle gives you a set of dice and a grid with nonogram-style numbers along each row and column. Those numbers tell you the runs of consecutive pips that must appear in that line, in order. A clue like "2 1" means two pips in a row, then a gap, then a single pip. The twist? Runs can span across multiple dice.
How it works:
- Tap a die from the pool to select it, then tap an empty grid square to place it.
- The clues work like classic nonograms: they describe runs of pips in sequence.
- Runs of pips can continue from one die to the next in a row or column.
- Clues turn green when correct, red when wrong and the line is full.
- Tap a placed die to return it to the pool and try again.
- A new puzzle appears every day.
Why we like it:
- ✅Combines the spatial satisfaction of nonograms with the tactile charm of dice.
- ✅Short enough to solve in one sitting, deep enough to make you think.
- ✅When a tricky line clicks into place is chef's kiss.
Hint: Start with rows or columns that have the most restrictive clues. A line showing "5" or "1 1 1" narrows your options fast. Work from the edges inward and let the dice faces guide your logic.
