PokeCryptic is a daily cryptic crossword puzzle where your mission is to identify a Pokémon-related term by decoding a single tricky clue.

Each day brings one cryptic clue written in classic crossword style. The answer could be a Pokémon name, move, ability, item, location, trainer, or any other term from the franchise. You type your answer into the interface and submit. If you're stuck, you can unlock hints that break down the clue's structure.

Cryptic clues work differently than straightforward riddles. The clue contains both a definition and wordplay that leads to the same answer. Indicators tell you what kind of wordplay is involved, like anagrams, abbreviations, or charades. Fodder is the raw material you manipulate. The definition points you straight to the answer, hidden in plain sight.
