Playlin'sGuide
Rikivo Numbers is a daily logic puzzle where your mission is to fill a 4x4 grid with the numbers 1 to 16, using each number exactly once, guided only by the shade of the square beneath your feet.
Every puzzle starts with a few numbers already placed. From each filled square, the shade tells you how far away the next number sits. White means 1 square, light grey means 2, dark grey means 3. You can only move horizontally or vertically, never diagonally, and the final number in the sequence is always shown in bold.
- Place numbers 1 through 16 so each appears once on the grid.
- Read the shade of the square you are leaving to learn the distance to the next number.
- White equals 1 square, light grey equals 2, dark grey equals 3.
- Moves only go up, down, left, or right. No diagonal jumps.
- The bold square marks the end of the chain.
- A new grid, and a new chain of distances, drops every day.
Why we like it:
- ✅The shading mechanic turns simple sudoku style logic into a real spatial puzzle.
- ✅Streak and fill efficiency tracking give you a reason to come back daily.
- ✅Fast to learn, but the grey squares keep you second guessing every placement.
Hint: Work outward from the bold square first. Since it marks the final step, its neighboring shades narrow down where the chain must end, which makes the rest of the grid easier to reverse engineer.
