Wikinections is a daily puzzle collection built entirely from Wikipedia's web of linked articles, challenging you to find connections across four different game modes that refresh every day.
Each mode uses Wikipedia article links in a different way. In The Path, you navigate from one article to another by clicking through hyperlinks, aiming for the shortest route. In The Hunt, you're given clues about a mystery article and must identify it. The Chain scrambles a sequence of connected articles that you must put back in order. The Link gives you multiple clue articles that all point to one common answer.
- The Path: Click through article links to reach a target article in the fewest steps.
- The Hunt: Identify a hidden article from descriptions of what links to it.
- The Chain: Reorder shuffled articles into their original connected sequence.
- The Link: Find the single article that connects to all given clues.
- A fresh set of four puzzles drops every day.
- You can tackle them in any order and revisit past puzzles in the archive.
Why we like it:
- ✅Four distinct puzzle types means there's always one that fits your mood.
- ✅You learn bizarre Wikipedia connections you'd never stumble on otherwise.
- ✅No ads, no accounts, just clean daily brain teasers built on the world's knowledge.
Hint: In The Path, resist the urge to click the most obvious related link. Sometimes the shortest route goes through an unexpected intermediate topic that connects both articles.
