ChangeWord is a daily word transformation puzzle where you rearrange letters to morph a starting word into a target word across three escalating difficulty stages.

Each day brings a fresh set of three puzzles: easy, medium, and hard. You're given a starting word and a target word. Your job is to swap adjacent letters, one move at a time, until you've transformed the first word into the second. The catch? Every move counts toward your score, and efficiency matters.

Your delta score represents how many extra moves you used beyond the optimal solution. Lower is better. Track your streak, average delta, and delta distribution over time as you sharpen your letter shuffling instincts.
