Objective

Draw a line across the shape so that both halves have equal area, hitting a 50/50 split or within 48:52 to 52:48 to win.

Playlin'sGuide

Cutle is a daily spatial puzzle where your mission is to cut a shape into two perfectly equal halves with a single slice.

Each day, you're given a unique shape. Click and drag to draw your cutting line across it, then release. The game calculates the area on each side and shows you the ratio. Your goal is to hit 50:50 exactly, though anything between 48:52 and 52:48 counts as a win.

  • Click or touch and drag to draw your cut across the shape.
  • Release to complete the cut and see your ratio.
  • You have one chance for your official first score, though you can retry for a best score afterward.
  • The cut can slice from any angle.
  • A new shape drops every day at 00:00 UTC.
  • Shapes can have holes, gradients, or irregular edges to keep things tricky.

After you cut, global stats reveal how everyone else did on the same shape. A daily archive lets you revisit past puzzles and chase better scores.

Why we like it:

  • That moment when you nail a 50:50 feels like solving a tiny geometry proof.
  • One cut per day keeps it quick, but the archive gives you endless practice.
  • Deceptively hard to eyeball perfect balance on irregular shapes.

Hint: Look for natural symmetry first. If the shape has a clear axis or mirror point, use it. On irregular blobs, aim for the visual center of mass, not the geometric center.
