Roads is a daily logic puzzle where you connect numbered cities to build one complete road network.
Each city shows how many roads must connect to it. Your job is to determine which neighboring cities should be linked, whether they need a single or double road, and how everything fits together without any roads crossing.
- Connect cities with single or double roads.
- A city's number tells you exactly how many roads must meet it.
- A double road counts as two connections.
- Roads can only run horizontally or vertically.
- Cities can connect only to the nearest city in each direction.
- Roads cannot cross one another.
- Every city must ultimately belong to one connected network.
- Drag from one city toward another to add a road. Repeat to make it a double road.
- Tap a road to remove it.
- Every puzzle has one logical solution, so guessing should not be necessary.
Why we like it:
- ✅The rules are simple, but the deductions can get wonderfully tangled.
- ✅Double roads and connectivity requirements create satisfying chain reactions.
- ✅It rewards careful logic rather than trial and error.
Hint: Look first for cities that have very few possible neighbors. A corner 4, for example, must use double roads in both available directions.
