Expressions

Expressions is a daily arithmetic puzzle where your mission is to combine four numbers using basic operations to hit as many target values as possible from 0 to 31.

You start with four numbers and a board showing all possible targets. Your job is to use each number exactly once, building expressions with addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division to match targets. Some can't be made at all. Others have multiple solutions. Your score is how many you find.

How it works:

• You get four numbers and targets from 0 to 31.
• Combine numbers two at a time using +, −, ×, or ÷ until one remains.
• Every expression must use all four numbers exactly once.
• Fractions and negatives are fine during steps, but the final result must be a whole, positive number.
• Order matters for subtraction and division. The first number you tap gets subtracted from or divided.
• There's no single solution. Find as many targets as you can.
• A new puzzle drops every morning.

Tap a number, tap an operator, then tap a second number to merge them. You can also drag one number onto another. Use undo to split numbers back apart and explore different paths from the same starting point.

Hint: Work backwards from a target. Ask what final step could reach it, then check if your numbers can build that pair. Making a 1 or 0 early often unlocks tricky targets.
