Objective

Select colors strategically to expose pixels of that color and identify the mystery picture with the lowest score possible.

Playlin'sGuide

Pixeal is a daily picture puzzle where your goal is to identify a hidden image by revealing as few pixels as possible.

You start with a mostly blank or blank canvas hiding a mystery picture. Pick a color from the palette and tap the grid to reveal pixels of that color. If the color exists in the image, those pixels appear. If not, that color gets ruled out. The challenge is to figure out what you're looking at before you've drawn too much.

  • Choose a color from the palette and tap to reveal pixels of that color in each area.
  • Type your answer when you think you know what it is.
  • Your score is the percentage drawn when you guess correctly. Lower is better.
  • One new picture drops daily for everyone.

Why we like it:

  • The scoring system rewards careful observation and restraint, not speed.
  • Every color choice feels like a meaningful decision.
  • Competitive in a quiet way, perfect for comparing scores with friends.

Hint: Start with colors you'd expect in common objects or backgrounds. Blues, greens, and skin tones often give you structural clues without burning through your score. As you get better, resist the urge to spam colors early.
