Hot or Not is a daily temperature guessing game by Guissmo where your mission is to compare the current temperatures of cities around the world and build the longest streak you can.

You start with a city and its temperature. Then you see a second city somewhere else on the planet. Your job is simple: decide whether that next city is currently hotter or colder than the one you just saw. Tap the red arrow for hotter, blue for colder. Get it right and you move on. Get it wrong and your streak ends.

  • You see two cities at a time: one with its temperature revealed, one mystery city.
  • Tap the red arrow if you think the next city is hotter.
  • Tap the blue arrow if you think it's colder.
  • A correct guess reveals the temperature and shows you a new city to compare.
  • One wrong guess ends your run.
  • Temperatures are live, so time of day, season, and weather all matter.

Why we like it:

  • βœ…You learn geography fast when your streak depends on knowing where Timbuktu actually is.
  • βœ…Live temperatures make every round feel current and unpredictable.
  • βœ…Simple to play but surprisingly hard to master once you hit double digits.

Hint: Don't just think latitude. A coastal city in winter can be warmer than a desert at night. Time zones and elevation shake things up more than you expect.
