Playlin'sGuide
Hearsay is a daily logic puzzle where your mission is to drag self-referential statements into truth and lie slots until every single one checks out.
You're given a set of statements, each marked with an emoji animal. Some slots are white (truth), some are black (lie). The twist? Each statement talks about its own position or neighbors in the sequence. A statement is only correct if it tells the truth when placed in a truth slot, or lies when placed in a lie slot.
- Drag statements to reorder them across truth slots (white) and lie slots (black).
- Each statement refers to its own position, what surrounds it, or other statements in the sequence.
- A statement must be true if placed in a truth slot and false if placed in a lie slot.
- The puzzle is solved when every statement checks out based on where it sits.
- Six different puzzles drop every day.
Why we like it:
- β The self-referential logic creates satisfying cascades where one correct placement unlocks the rest.
- β Short enough to solve in a few minutes once you find the entry point.
- β Each puzzle feels like cracking a tiny philosophical riddle.
Hint: Start with statements that make absolute claims, like "I am first" or "I am last." These give you fixed anchor points. Then work outward from what you know must be true or false.
